The first time you log in to the site, you will be asked to set up your profile
As well as contact details your profile needs an exhibitor name (or names if you enter for multiple exhibitors).
For example, Dynnyrne Heights Estate or Wine Company
Click save after entering each exhibitor
If you are entering for multiple exhibitors you will need to choose an exhibitor from your profile
and save before setting up the wine list or entering for that exhibitor
When you are logged into the site, your email address will be displayed
as a link near the right hand end of the menu bar.
Click the link to access your profile
You can also change your password on the profile page
Once you are logged in, AND your profile includes an exhibitor name, the menu bar
will have an Entrant Pages drop down list that includes a link to the exhibitor wine list
This list of wines is used in the entry process and will also be used for the show catalogue
As well as the wine name each wine has a type e.g. Red Table Wine
The wine name should include the label and variety but not the vintage
- vintage is only needed for entries
For example, Dynnyrne Heights Estate Late Harvest Riesling
Because vintage is not included, the wine list is shorter and can be used to enter wines of any vintage
As well as a link to print the receipt, there is also a link to print out a packing list. This
list will include all wines you have entered, even if they are not included in this receipt
We do not send out labels.
The stewards label the entries after they are unpacked.
Please include a copy of this list in each carton of despatched wines
There is also a link to print out a personalised address label
